Nice
Shower to small

Bed comfortable. Shower good. There was a kettle and coffee maker with complementary coffee and tea with milk and sugar. There was a full kitchenette so would have been possible to have a fry-up. Toaster provided.
Nothing not to like. The hosts had warned me that the studio was compact, which it was. Small but perfectly formed. Only downside is that Hammersmith and City overground section is about 50 yards away so light sleepers should bring earplugs.

For the price I paid I was rewarded with a clean and safe studio with an outdoor space and essential facilities, the washing machine was just outside of my studio. The Lower ground felt lively thanks to the terrace.
There is an outdoor stairs that you need to use to get to the apartment. Not ideal if you travel with strollers and lots of bags. But the stairs are super safe and clean.

Location
Disappointed in room. Kitchen unsatisfactory, bathroom very small, facilities not maintained, previous tenants products left under sofa chair that wobbled.
