Property listed a private pool in addition to the community pool there was no private pool, and I was unable to determine whether there was a private pool when inquiring before booking I suggest they clarify that in their marketing brochure very misleading

Clean and nice. Great experience

Everything aa described. Very attentive & responsive. Met every need & then some.

The house for the most part was clean. The kitchen and eating area floors did not look like they were cleaned before we arrived (or not cleaned very good) and the outdoor eating had not been swept or washed/sprayed down in a while. The carpets were dirty in all bedrooms and the rooms downstairs smelled like soiled carpets. We came with 3 young children that were on the floor a lot. There were some rather larger stains that were visible in all of the bedrooms including the master bedroom. We did vacuum and sweep but there were no other supplies to easily clean the kitchen floor. The bedrooms downstairs also had no dressers to unpack a weeks of clothes or shelves in the closet could have been used if available. The bunk bedroom closet door was broken and it was unable to be closed or used properly. The other thing that was missing was screens on any windows or sliding doors in the house. There were a few windows you could open without screens but many were sealed shut. In the main bedroom you were unable to open any window at all. There are bugs, lizards and snakes that could get in without any screens on the sliding doors if left open for fresh air. One more thing that comes to mind. We got conflicting information about codes. They did come and fix the garage door but the pool gate we were given 2 different ones to try to see what would work. Those were minor but a frustration to have to wait for communication to get correct codes.
