Simple stay, but the big island kitchen and jacuzzi options helped us host an overnight family Christmas.

This is one of the nicest and cleanest VRBO rentals we've ever been to! The owner was super kind and responsive. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could!!! We played lots of ping pong, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed the comforts of this beautiful home.

Had a wonderful time. The place was exactly as presented and was pristine. We were close to town but far enough out to feel like the country with the peace and quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone who asked.

Wonderful stay! Clint was excellent at communicating. My mother and her friends really enjoyed themselves! The residence was very clean with everything you’d need to feel like you’re right at home!!!!

Me and bestie loved this place...it had everything we needed and it was easy to find. We enjoyed the hot tub (needed it after driving 7 hours). We plan on booking this place again. The host was wonderful. Can't wait to come back and stay again

We had a great time catching up with best of friends. Great to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The only thing missing was a table to sit on inside the house and maybe some more steak knives, otherwise a great stay. Also Remember to go slow in the driveway. We did and had no issues with house next door.....

Charming home within short distance of all the attractions everyone goes to Amish country for. Check in process was easy and owner made sure everything went smoothly. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the hot tub or fire pit because of weather. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was very nicely re-done, we enjoyed the hot tub, wi-fi was strong. Used outside back patio, the house was in a very private area. Communication with owner was very prompt. Will definitely return.

Excellent stay. Such a nice, quiet area. We had such a relaxing time. The hot tub is a welcome thing. Beds were super comfortable. We didn't eat out much since it had a full kitchen and the gas grill was used a couple times. We did have pizza one night from Kraus pizza that was only okay considering the price. The host communication was excellent and he helped me with a problem (my fault) that we had. We will definitely try to stay here again next year! There is a great backroad that quickly takes you to the main area of Amish country in Berlin that was only 20 minutes.

Nice house with a quiet setting. Saw deer in the morning and fireflies at night. The hot tub was perfect to relax in.

Property was clean and very well maintained. Check-in was Easy and our Family enjoyed our stay Besides the rude neighbor screaming about the speed limit saying 5 mph is too quick and its her road so slow down. Yelling at the kids for running around the property and exploring. Made the experience miserable. Overall Great Property, Nice House Terrible Location Next to Her

Clean, tidy, everything as described and expected! Easy transition as a home away from home. Accomadations as stated, communication with property manager easy and clear as well. Ping pong and hot tub a hit for the whole family!

This house was fully stocked for a comfortable stay. It’s newly remodeled. The kitchen was great and they supplied coffee. The bathrooms had nice towels and wash cloths. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The hot tub was so relaxing and a nice bonus. We even used the washer and dryer. We enjoyed a game of ping pong and darts in the garage. I would highly recommend this house. It was secluded and private. A beautiful view of the river from the front porch. The back yard had the hot tub and nice patio lights with a gas grill.

This place is very nice. It’s tucked back in a nice quiet area. The outside of the property is beautiful with the sound of the river right in front. The hot tub and back seating area is also very nice. The inside did not disappoint either. The living room seating area could be better but overall a very nice place. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet weekend away with a nice relaxing hot tub.

Group of four visiting Strasburg to help my brother celebrate his 80th. Property was less than 2 miles from his home. Also, 15min to Norma Johnson Nature Center where we tried to walk off all the food that my sister-in-law cooked and another 15 past there to Sugar Creek, Berlin and Amish country.
Home was clean and neat, easy to get to, easily accommodated our group. Hot tub looked good, but we were too tired by the time we got home to make use of it. My mattress was comfortable and everyone said that they slept well. Used the kitchen for a couple of breakfasts, had everything needed and a good coffee maker. Roku television had streaming service apps, but no cable box for standard channels. WiFi was good.
Owner sent a couple of e-mails to check that everything was OK. And it was.
Perfect for what I wanted for a long weekend.

Riverside retreat was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. We had a blast playing ping pong and darts. The hot tub was ready to go on arrival, however we didnt use due to weather. There was a house next door but the privacy was maintened well and the hot tub was secluded. Would recommend and stay again if ever in the area.

We had a great time on our girls weekend! The ping pong table and darts were an added bonus to keep the kids entertained. Our only challenge was seating in the living room - not quite enough for 6 people, especially without a dining table.

Nice, clean, and quiet little home on a river/creek. This property actually shows better than its pictures, which is unusual in our experience with rentals. It is centrally located to everything we needed for this trip. Had a great time playing ping pong with my family and everyone found the property to be enjoyable.
Homeowner was great - communicated quickly with any questions we had and even checked in to make sure everything was going well.
We’ve forwarded it on to other relatives who will be visiting the area and will try to book this property again the next time we are in town.

We sisters had a great time checking out the area and this property was everything it advertised to be. The place was super, super clean. The Host was happy to answer any questions we had. Amazing!! It is a beautiful place, secluded yet close enough to local attractions for easy access. Owner kept a open line of communication and made sure everything about our stay was the absolute best. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back for our next girl weekend :)
