Enjoyed our stay. Great family experience. The location was great. Check in/out very easy. Relatively clean and well maintained. Has a very nice view. The air conditioner is quiet and cooled unit nicely. Easy access to beach. Pools in condo compelx get nice shade in afternoon.

This was the perfect location for a beach getaway! Loved that they had chairs and an umbrella and Netflix for when it decided to rain. I only wish there was more explicit and detailed instruction on where the bikes were. We didn’t find them until the last day. But there’s lots of good restaurants and a Piggly Wiggly near by. Can’t wait to stay there again

Nice short stay, great location. TV in bedroom did not work (who needs TV at the beach!) Bed is very high, suggest making a stool available.

We loved our little condo, everything was neat, clean and comfy. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions. This is our third year staying at seaside villas. We always enjoy our stay! I never want to leave. One day I would love to move to the beach, this is my happy place.

This is an awesome condo, it has everything we need, there were 6 of us staying in this unit. We cooked many of our own meals here and this unit had everything we needed to do that. The balcony view is great, we could see boats way out on the horizon. The location is awesome too, we love being able to hop on our bikes to the local grocery store, restaurants, and our favorite ice cream shop. And its right on the beach, far enough away from Coligny to be spread out at the beach, yet close enough for a short bike ride. My kids loved playing in the pool. Everything is well kept and clean around the whole facility. Our family plans to come back next year.

I’ve stayed at seaside for years and this room was perfect and a great view of the beach. Christy was great to work with and answered all my questions. We will be staying with her again.

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was equipped with the necessities. The beach view was beautiful and it was a short walk to Coligny Plaza.

Great condo near the beach
The location and condo are perfect, right near the beach. The condo just changed ownership hands and the new owners are incredibly responsive and helpful with questions.
The condo itself is open, clean and cozy. Had friends in other units and all commented how nice this one was compared to theirs! Highly recommend.

There are beach chairs and an umbrella available. We did not use them because we brought our own.

Would highly recommend! Property well maintained, groundskeepers vacuumed corridors daily/cleaned out the showers/rinse station from the beach each morning which made keeping sand out of the condo much easier! Our space was clean, well prepared and cozy. Only complaint is the mattress on the pullout couch is definitely due for an upgrade. I laid down with my son one morning and could feel every spring. Otherwise a great stay!

Perfect location with a view
The location is perfect, right on south forest beach complete with lifeguards and in easy biking/walking distance to anything you need, grocery store, restaurants etc. Only recommendation we'd suggest is the AC unit. It doesn't cool the bedroom very well. Otherwise the condo is well appointed and David responds quickly and efficiently to any questions/concerns. We had a problem with the bike lock and he offered us replacement bikes and swapped out the lock within 24 hours.

Great location close to everything…beach, restaurants, and shopping.
Dave was very helpful and added a lot of extras to make our experience enjoyable and saved us money from renting extras…bikes, chairs, umbrella etc.
