Great house, plenty of space, close to lots of things to do. We enjoyed fishing the canal dail, seeing Manatees, Sharks and catching a half dozen varieties of fish. We caught some legal sized Mangrove Snappers for dinner two nights.
We saved it for a return trip in a couple of years

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home, and when the kids and grandkids visited there was plenty of room. Property manager was super. We've stayed in many rentals in KCB and this was definitely one of the best. Highly recommend and would rent again. Thanks for sharing your home!

This is a really nice size 3 bedroom home on a beautiful canal. There is a king, queen, and two twins. Very open, spacious, and clean. The outdoor area was lovely and very quiet at night. If you have your own boat you can pull right up! It’s also within walking distance of Sunset Beach which is a very small beach with beautiful sunsets. Excellent restaurants nearby. Try Sparky’s Landing and Island Fish Company for excellent food.
We would definitely stay here again!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in Key Colony Beach! The house was clean and modern. We had space to spare for our family of 5. We rented a 22’ boat and the slip space was more than adequate. It took only minutes to get to either the Gulf or Atlantic sides. We really enjoyed the Cabana club membership as well. The neighborhood is great for walking, running, or biking. Definitely recommend.

This property is beautiful! Honestly the best short term rental ive stayed at! The property is very spacious and was perfect for our girls trip. Look forward to staying here again.
