We have been to this property a number of years and it never disappoints. The view is beautiful, everything is clean, it is well stocked and it is convenient to so many things. We will continue to come back.

We cannot say enough about what an amazing experience it was. The large spacious terrace with the incredible view of the bay was the perfect way to start and end every day. The sound of the howler monkeys and the different birds only made it more special, and a short walk to a great, family friendly beach. The location was super convenient to all the activities we wanted to do in Guanacaste, and Rich Coast Vacations was super responsive and helpful in arranging activities for us. A delightful time and our first choice of places to stay when we return to Costa Rica. Thank you!

The unit was spacious and well maintained, even if slightly dated. The views are to die for here, and clearly the best part of the property, as nothing beat the morning coffee from the terrace.We spent a week in Coco and a week in Hermosa, which have totally different vibes. Coco is filled with restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc., which are sparse in Hermosa (but only a 10 minute drive to Coco). This does make Hermosa much more peaceful, but you definitely need a car here, to be a little more forceful than the listing about being more "comfortable" with a car.The only other gripe was the lack of any welcome information to the property, thus being left on our own to find things. The listing refers to using "one of the community pools", so not knowing the property, I looked on Google maps and saw 4 buildings in the complex, each with a pool attached. So naturally we went to the pool at our building on the first day. Unknown to me, 3 of the 4 pools are private, belonging to individual condos. Only one pool (which is technically two pools with water from an infinity edge pouring into a smaller lap pool) is the "common" pool. This led to an awkward situation with the renters of the private pool. While they were nice about it, it was easily avoidable with advance communication by the property manager.

We return to this condo in Playa Hermosa every year without fail. The view of the bay is breathtaking, and it's a true treat to wake up to the sound of howler monkeys in the morning and listen to the soothing waves all day and night. The condo is spotless and has everything you need to feel right at home. It's also quite spacious, and the three bedrooms and bathrooms make it ideal for three couples. Plus, Rich Coast Vacations is an excellent management company—quick to respond and always accommodating.
