1000% recommended. Close to downtown, and reasonably priced. They have everything you need. Beautiful home. Parking a large vehicle can be difficult.

The Cozy Boulder Cabin was fantastic for our group of 6 ladies. There was plenty of space for relaxing and chatting, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We all agreed that the beds were super comfy! The outdoor spaces looked fantastic although the weather didn't cooperate for us to use them - the hot tub was an added bonus for us to soothe our sore muscles after exploring/hiking the areas from Jerome to Sedona and even up to the Grand Canyon! Very easy and convenient to many locations. We couldn't think of one thing that needs to be improved.

I'm really not exaggerating when I say this was the perfect house for our trip. First, It was absolutely adorable with a great view off the front porch. Second, it had a variety of amenities well-suited to spending the weekend relaxing with my friends - well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, games, and a smart tv! Finally, it was within a couple miles from everywhere we needed to be. ~3 miles from the zoo, .5 miles from a walmart, and 2-3 miles from downtown. The host was also very kind, helpful, and responsive! This was one of the best experiences I've ever had using this website (or any other sites tbh).

Boulder Cabin was the perfect week long retreat for my multigenerational family. Grandma loved how well stocked the kitchen was and the cozy first floor bedroom. My son was overjoyed to be able to go to a variety of parks each morning. I enjoyed coffee on the front porch and grilled dinner at night. With easy access to hiking and kayaking at the incredible Watson Lake and hosts who respond quickly to any concern, I will be back again and will be recommending Boulder Cabin to friends and family.

We had a get stay at Boulder Cabin in Prescott, Arizona! The cabin is very comfortable and clean! The hosts were helpful and accommodating. We will definitely consider staying here again!!

Communication from host was simple, check in and out was a breeze. Accommodations are clean and well kept. Hot tub was awesome in the cool nights.

We loved this sweet cabin!! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 teens! It was perfectly decorated with a cabin/modern feel! Kitchen had everything! The backyard was so incredibly inviting and we used it all!! BBQ, twinkle lights, hot tub, ended the night around the fire pit! Perfectly located a few miles from Whiskey Row! Kenneth was so easy and responsive…we can’t wait til our next trip!! This is a must stay!

The Boulder Cabin is awesome! The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay! The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, even a crock pot! The outdoor space is lovely and the hot tub is such a nice amenity to enjoy! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again and again!

Wow! Everything about this place was so cozy and comfortable. Living space was beautifully, artfully and authentically
decorated with a Prescott, AZ style, or "Preskitt" as the locals say. Easy to operate big screen TV, and board games available.
Kitchen could not have been nicer-- functional and
beautiful , fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook and eat any meal. We actually used the kitchen daily for all our meals.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice- enough room and functionality to be comfortable -- soft sheets, pillows and comforter, nice strong shower head, and the vanity makeup
mirror is a nice touch.
Out back deck was lovely with a large gas grill, fire pit, sitting area, and a super relaxing hot tub.
Location was perfect-- two hour drive from the Phoenix airport, two hour drive to the Grand Canyon , about an hour from Jerome, and an hour and some change to Sedona.
And, about 10 minutes from the cabin is beautiful Watson Lake Park.
Many grocery stores within 5 to 15 minutes away and several restaurants within 5 to 20 minutes away.
Overall, Boulder Cabin was a clean, beautiful and relaxing vrbo.

Our entire group of 6 had a wonderful time. The house seems newly remodeled. Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable living space and beds, and tasteful decor. Included is a helpful book about house features and recommendations for things to do. Loved the hot tub. The backyard is also well setup for outdoor dining and lounging. It has some cool boulders, too! We would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't have been happier. This property appears recently remodeled (in 2022?) and just wow. The time, effort and money it must have took... Everything is custom built because the space isn't standard in most places, every detail was thought out. I can't imagine what it took. But we were happy to benefit. This is the perfect jumping off point for anywhere in the region. Hot tub was great, house was perfect. This is one of the nicest places I've ever rented on VRBO (so don't mess it up if you rent it!).
If you push me to find a negative, I would say you will have to be very careful if you have small kids in this house. A gentle touch is needed with some of the nicer things in this house. And the stairs are (necessarily) very steep. But the first floor master option is great.

Wonderful, well-kept, nicely decorated property! Our trip was family centered so it was great to have home comforts such as washer/dryer, kitchen tools, and coffee makers. We were able to run out for some groceries very close by as well. Beds were ultra comfy and rooms were able to choose individual temp of their liking. Driveway and parking was a little challenging due to steepness and boulders, but I think we just aren’t used to that kind of thing. Overall, I can’t say how wonderful this choice was for our stay. Thank you!

I have to say I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this by far ranked very high on the list. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was a total gem.

Our whole experience was so lovely. The home is welcoming, curated well and stocked well. The backyard is so peaceful and beautiful and the use of everything is detailed and extremely accessible. The communication was so clear and incredibly kind. A perfect easeful and fun stay.
