Great property and location.

This property was perfect for our family. We needed extra space while our kids visited us, and this was perfect! The pool was enjoyed daily by the grandkids. Adults loved the layout of the home…plenty of room and easy to keep an eye on the pool. Thank you!!

The house is really nice and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great place for us to recharge after a wedding all day Saturday. Pool was relaxing. Mike communicated quickly to a question we had. Entrance to the property was very easy as well.

Stay was earlier checkin and a later check out date, with NO problem with Mike. He adjusted our guest passes for the longer stay and was available when I needed to reach him.
Golf cart was included which is a necessity when staying in the villages!!!

We wanted to stay close to the grandparents and this was a roomy house in a good location. Pool and golf cart a nice added bonus! Plenty of towels, and pool floats were great. Very quiet neighborhood.

We had such a lovely stay. Home is spacious, and clean and the use of the golf cart was an added fun bonus! We spent most of our time hanging as a family by the pool. It was a lovely vacation, thank you !

We had a great time during our stay, the house is very nice and the pool was perfect. Beds and furniture are comfortable. We loved having the use of the golf cart and did a lot of exploring, the area is beautiful. We also met several friendly welcoming people!

My family and I highly recommend this property. My husband and I arrived first and then some of our children and grandkids joined us for a few nights. We all had the best time. The pool was great. Lots of room to spread out in the home. Home was stocked with everything we needed. Location was perefct. Close to lots of golf and sports facilities. Very close to Spanish Springs which is full of lovely shops and resturants. The owners are very near by and just wonderful to deal with. We will definitely be returning.

Everything was very nice and clean overall. Pool area however seemed like it wasn't the cleanest, and after pool guy came the water was still dirty, not terrible and we still swam but still dirty compared to other places we have rented. Even with that though I would still rent it again.

Very clean & welcoming home in a great location near activities & entertainment. Home was larger than expected. Pool was a plus and refreshing. Glad the 2-person Golf Cart was included. Easy check-in & check-out. Nice supply of towels. Good communication with owner. Highly recommended. Excellent VALUE!

Property and home were awesome. Pool was excellent, large enough to swim laps, could have used another pool lounge since we had 4 adults. Other than that fantastic property with a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, had everything we needed and then some, except for a potatoe masher...lol...which we purchased and left for the next guest. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. The pool was a huge hit with our grandchildren, which was the main reason for our visit. We will be staying again!!

Everything was good and as advertised. The only place to store any food was on the counters and in the refrigerator Otherwise it was great. Nice thoughtful little touches.

Very nice place. The pool was a hit. Nothing like walking out the door to your pool. The water was perfect temperature. Everything you would need is near by. The house includes a two person golf cart which was very nice. My only wish was the it was a four person cart. Nicole blew in one day. The house offered safety and much comfort that day.

Lovely property with a heated pool. Spotless rooms and very nice furniture. Would highly recommend. All necessary kitchen equipment except for an electric kettle. If there was one we could not find it, but did not reach out to the owners. We purchased our own as we were travelling the USA . All in all - excellent

Place was larger than expected. The decor was great. Very spacious. Great to be able to do laundry and iron any clothes that we needed. We really enjoyed the large high top table. Played a lot of card games with family. The location was perfect close to town and close to the relatives we were visiting. We enjoyed walking around the area saying hi to neighbors. We didn’t get to use the pool or golf cart this time around but hopefully the next time we will because we plan on coming back!!

When we checked in we normally need to get extras that most places do not have-this was not the case-everything was there that we needed-the owners were very nice and caring about our time there-would recommend to anyone staying in the villages.

My wife and I traveled to The Villages for the first time, wanting to get a feel for the northern area near Sumpter and Spanish Springs. This property was a great option satisfying all our needs. Would highly recommend!

They made sure we had the tools to enjoy all The Villages have to offer. Without bad doubt they went above and beyond.
The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was absolutely perfect and the golf cart made getting around a breeze.
The pool was a great way to end each day. I would definitely return to this property.

The house was amazing, I couldn’t of asked for more! Beautifully well kept, huge and immaculate! I kept the master suite for myself and my grandchildren and my mom are across the hall I had tons of privacy. Highly recommend this property.
