Amazing large clean room

Beautiful Hotel. Upgraded to suite which was enormous. Great gym and pool. Breakfast lovely. Staff amazing. Thank you. Right next to Sun World which was fun!
Not hotels fault…the beach club 2ks away playing techno music is terrible!!

The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment of arrival and our room was bright, spacious and comfortable. We arrived earlier than the check-in time but were accommodated straight away, which was great. The location has easy access to local marts/Circle K and is across the road from Sun World cable car and Dragon World - ideal for those looking to take part in these activities during their visit to Ha long.

We checked in after a horrible experience at a different apartment so we were happy in general. Location is opposite sun world and hotel is generally good. Staff were lovely
Cleanliness could’ve been better - the room didn’t feel like it was a 5*
When we first arrived the toilet was dirty but because it was late and due to previous experience at a different apartment I just cleaned this myself. Otherwise I’d definitely ask for a room change
Outside the hotel was strange there was often men on mopeds asking my husband and their friends all sorts of strange questions. I wouldn’t have felt safe to be there alone as a female. I think this may be a general thing here?
