Good location near trains. Has washing machine and was great to be able to wash clothes.
We found the hot water controls a bit difficult to understand.

It was very convenient near a station, with AC, it was clean ! Near food and entertaining.
The bed was comfortable, electric plug near bed ! Washing mashine works good and they putted soap and all ready!
The sofa wasnt very comfortable BUT THIS IS KOT A negatif point just a remark!
Overall no negatif comment
Maybe for 4 person it is kinda small (we were 3) and had enough places to let our luggages open without having to close it everytime.

Spacious rooms
Dodgy neighbourhood, in a scary industrial area next to the train track, the walls in the areas are full of graffiti and no convenient stores nearby, which is very very unusual for big city in Japan... Don't feel very safe for girls especially at night.
