Very comfortable house. Good location and close to Broadway. Loved the Dolly decor!

This property is beautiful! It was spacious, clean and located just a short drive from downtown Nashville! We enjoyed our stay very much! The only downfall is that the futon was not large enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall though, I’d recommend this property!

The house was beautiful.
We had to call for more towels though as there were 8 people and there were only 6 towels and 6 wash cloths.
I was sitting on the floor of the master bedroom rolling a ball back and noticed that under the bed was filthy dirty and dusty. I also saw a previous persons credit card. I left it there.
We did not have a dish rag so washing dishes by hand was challenging.
Also while on the floor playing we noticed that under the sofa is filthy too.
We would most definitely come back though, none of those things were a deterrent.

My son and his wife live just outside of Nashville. So luckily they spent Thanksgiving Day with us. Lots of room and the home was very clean. We had a wonderful day cooking and walking around the neighborhood. People were super friendly! The home is well maintained. (Would have loved to have more towels, but that was such a minor detail.) I would rent this home again in the future...and recommend it highly!

The house is beautiful and very clean. There are lots of thoughtful Nashville themed decorations throughout the house. My husband and I were there with 2 other couples for a long weekend and it was perfect size for our group. There isn't anything walkable near the house, but it was a quick Uber ride downtown. We enjoyed our stay!

8 of us stayed here comfortably. Kitchen was outfitted to save money with cooking. If you need groceries, a Kroger is 5 minutes away. All of our Uber trips for less than 10 minutes long coming from and to Downtown. Very safe feeling neighborhood. Having a door code instead of needing keys was great for a big group. Lots of board games to keep entertained while relaxing before hitting the town! Great flow downstairs. Nice privacy in the 2nd floor. Would recommend this spot and possibly even getting the sister house next to it with an even larger group.

This was overall a great experience for me. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. Our conference was downtown and it was a short (5-7 mins) to the Music City Center with very little traffic. The neighborhood was nice and I even walked to Cleveland Park to get some exercise. I would highly recommend this house and the next time I am in Nashville for an extended stay, I will be sure to book this location again.

There were 5 of us staying at this house for long weekend. Everything about the house was great with 1 exception, the 4th bedroom. Not really useful for an adult and not a real bed. A more accurate description is 3 bedroom, small bonus room that can accommodate a child and a sleep sofa. Other than that, location, amenities were outstanding. Check in and out was simple and host/mgmt co was responsive. would stay again and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this house for your Nashville stay!! The photos don’t even do justice on how cute and modern the house is in person!! Such a warm and cozy environment in a quiet neighborhood which was nice to have a break from the chaos in downtown Nashville! Only con to our trip was there was no blinds or curtain on the front and back door, which concerned us that strangers could see into the house. Other than that, everything else was a 10/10!

Overall we had a wonderful trip and the house had everything we needed. Communication was horrible with the management company. The day before we asked for an early check-in and was granted with an extra fee of $30 per hour as we arrived earlier than expected. The morning of the check in date, we were then told early check-in was not available. I sent a few messages on the app without a response. We also called four times without a response. Outside of the communication trip was wonderful.

House only has 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and the futon will only sleep 1 person . The couch sleeper was broken so we could not open that up. Otherwise property was great . Would definitely recommend this property however if it’s a couple getaway only 3 couples

We just came back from Nashville. The stay was great. We loved the location. Its close to stuff but not right in the middle of the madness. Parking was very easy & never an issue to find a spot in front of the house. The house is very clean & wide open. There were 6 of us & we had plenty of room. All essentials are there, so you really don't need to bring anything. We requested more towels & they were dropped off same day. They also gave recommendations, which were spot on. The only thing I can say was a bit disappointing was lack of seating outside. For that large of space, 2 chairs are not enough. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville.

My family and I loved staying in this beautiful home it’s was very clean and immaculate also the decor gives it a very nice touch. It’s also very close to downtown Nash. The only downside is that we could not find the trash cans to take the trash out on our last day there. I think there should be a sign to show where it is located so that way there is no confusion.

This is a beautiful and well designed home for three couples/groups. The fourth bedroom/den is not suitable for use as a bedroom due to size and furniture. I did not care for the neighborhood as there’s nothing walkable and I would classify it as an “up and coming” neighborhood. Easy Uber ride to town. Very comfortable home overall.

This property is in a great location, just a few minutes to downtown and the Opryland hotel. The house is modern but very comfortable and was great for our group. The local rental team was extremely responsive and helpful.

Everything was amazing! The location, all the decor, the spacious rooms, the whole home in general! We loved everything about it! Oh the balcony was so peaceful to sit out and enjoy. I would definitely stay here again.
