My husband and I stayed in this home while working in the area. The location of the home is minutes to supermarkets and a few restaurants. The bed we slept in was comfortable. We found the subtle colors of the home so relaxing and it was so nice to come back to the home and sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the lights below us. The only real drawback was waiting a while for the water to heat for a shower. It took about 5 min. of running the hot water before you could step into it. Also, we traveled with our two small dogs and the home did not have anything for picking up after the pups, so save your plastic bags if you plan to stay here! The neighborhood is pretty quiet, although the home is on a fairly busy street and gets a bit of traffic going past in the morning. Luckily we're early risers. We didn't cook, but I did notice a nice supply of seasonings which is always nice! Even with a couple of minor inconveniences, we would definitely stay here again.

Completely upgraded home. The family had a blast! Have stayed in a casino each time i have traveled to Laughlin, that’s 25 years +, stepped out of the box this time and this experience was awesome! The house has so much to entertain the family… jacuzzi, game room, large patio, bbq grill, smart tv with all popular apps to watch movies, huge kitchen, convenient location with grocery store down the street and casinos only 10 mins away. River view from home and river access 5 mins away. A must stay!!

This property is amazing. Perfect location, close to everything. Very modern with a perfect view! Looks beautiful at night. Very roomy, open, comfortable floor plan. I would definitely stay here again. 2 min to Starbucks, 10 min to Laughlin, 15 -20 to Lake Mead. Had a wonderful relaxed weekend.

Great home which fit our needs for a weekend stay. We enjoyed the ping pong table, the large sofa that easily fit all 6 of us, and the nice big kitchen. Thank you for a great experience!

The view from this location is great. It is very spacious and was perfect for what our group needed. The rooms were nice size and very clean.

Overall this house was great. The property is beautiful with upgraded features that feel luxurious. There were a few quirks and drawbacks but seems to be easy enough to fix for future visits.

Hot tub didn't work/heat up
Hall bathroom didnt get hot water only luke warm
Thermostat was locked and got cold at night
Would have been nice to have more towels
In general the property was great and we would stay again with some small changes.

I celebrated my birthday with my spouse and friends and Andrew’s home was amazing! The decor and amenities were fantastic we enjoyed the hot tub and the tiki room was such a cool add on! The house was literally 2 minutes from the river and 8 min drive to the casinos! Perfect location and the best view in Bullhead!! Will definitely visit again!!

Our family of 7 and our dog enjoyed our stay very much! Beautiful home. Beautiful views. Comfortable accommodations. Great game room. Overall 10/10.

Great location and open floor plan
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the river, grocery, restaurants and casino. The house was just as we expected and has an open floor plan to enjoy family time. The game room was a plus and very fun for the adults, teenagersand little ones. Andrew the hostess was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.
