The location is great, just few steps from the Arc de Triomphe. Although the apartment is very central, it is very quiet, specially during the night. The entrance door security is good, the doors are locked all the time and can be opened only by using a security code. There are restaurants and supermarkets very close to the apartment. Wifi connection is very good.

The host confirmed check in time between 2 and 3 pm, but the apartment was ready around 4 pm. I had to phone several times asking for the info where I can collect the keys and get into apartment. The apartment is not well maintained. I read previously posted reviews and there were comments about TV remote control not working. The batteries are still missing from the remote control. The apartment is tiny, when the sofa bed is unfolded, you can hardly move around the apartment. The bed is squeaky and not comfortable. There is no bathroom door, so when you sleep your head is next to the toilet bowl. The freezer compartment was packed with ice, no way to use it. There is an induction hob in the kitchenette, but the pots provided cannot be used on it. Therefore no way to prepare any food in the apartment.
