Communications with the owners were fantastic. Great place right next to the beach. No complaints.

The house was exactly as advertised, no unexpected surprises (as usual). The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beach was clean and just a short walk from the house. The kitchen was stocked with plates, glassware, pot, pans and baking sheets. The owners were communicative without be obtrusive.

Perfect for our needs!

Home was tastefully decorated, comfortable and fairly clean (I am a clean freak and check behind doors, underneath beds, window sills, and window blinds). It tells me alot about overall cleanliness. Home is in nice community close to beach access and shopping/restaurants. Door locks didn't work and we had to carry the garage door opener with us since the key pad didn't work. Very inconvenient. Home is furnished with everything you need. Owners are new to the rental business and have done a wonderful job at providing ample beach gear, toiletries, coffee pods, etc. Owners were responsive and I would definitely rent this home again.

I booked this place for my sister and I (our other friend ended up not coming) and we had a very quiet and peaceful stay. The beach access is a 30 second walk from the house and there is a grocery store within walking distance. The house itself is beautiful and had everything we could ever need (including a lot of beach gear!) I would recommend anyone to come stay here, it was amazing!

Loved the house so much! Beautiful view! Everything we needed and loved the extra fridge in garage. Very close to walk to beach and so close to Publix! Wish there were more lamps, especially in the living room but that’s me being picky!

The overall experience from booking all the way through our stay was a pleasant one. Abe and Rosa were very accommodating and answered our questions on the property in a very prompt manner. This was our first time visiting Emerald Isle and this house made it even better. Only a short walk to the quiet beach and every beach amenity you could think of was provided. The house was equipped with everything needed for our stay as well. If we go back to Emerald Isle we want to stay here!

Great beach house in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the beach. Very close to stores, restaurants, etc.

We enjoyed the proximity to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, mini golf, and shops. The house has everything you need for a short or long stay including beach essentials (not sure if there was a cooler). House is well maintained and was spacious enough for our crew of 8. Easy access to the beach and lots of space available on the 2nd story deck/porch. It was also a plus to have a washer and dryer available.

Definitely would stay at this house if we ever returned to the area

This is a wonderful property close to the beach access. The home itself is beautifully redone and updated. There was complementary shampoo and conditioner which I thought was a classy touch. The linens were very luxurious. We will definitely be staying here again.

The best part of this house is the large outdoor deck, which offers covered and uncovered zones and great ocean breezes - we watched the stars every night! The location of this house is also great, especially for teens who want to get out on their own but can't drive - put put, water park, pizza, ice cream, etc. are walkable! Abraham and Rosa took great care in selecting fresh new finishes and furniture for their lovely oceanside oasis - it is fresh, clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. They also included nice touches in each of the bedrooms - TVs, ceiling fans, luggage racks, laundry baskets, etc. The dining room and family room are a good size and can easily fit 8-10 people. The garage is also nice as it opens up on two sides and is a great outdoor hang-out for kids in the evening! Highly recommended!

The house was perfect for our family of four - especially for kiddos! Beach access is just a 2 minute walk from the home and was never crowded. You do get some water views from the home - so it's as close to beachfront as you can get. The owners had everything from a game/puzzle closet to a beach closet full of beach chairs/toys/tents/boogie boards/etc. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes - pretty much everything you would need for a longer stay. The grill worked well for our 4th of July grilling. We used the outdoor shower and hose after coming back from the beach daily. The furniture was brand new - and looked straight out of a Pottery Barn magazine - gorgeous! HUGE dining room table - although we ate outside on the extensive porch most days. Loved sitting in the swing on the porch listening to the waves crash. The windows on all three sides really added to the experience - letting all the light in - and of course those water views. Two bedrooms were located upstairs (master and guest) with a full bath and two bedrooms downstairs with 2 full bathrooms (1 tub/1 shower). It's perfect for two families or a larger family. We honestly didn't use one bedroom and bathroom. We rented a golf cart (delivered to the residence by Coastline) - and went to Gaffers, Mini Golf, the water park, and the MOST FANTASTIC restaurant - Caribsea. All in all - we had a blast - and the house was amazing! Location was fantastic with the beach right there and the new Publix across the street (golf cart, bike, or car - 2 min). We will definitely be back :)
