Simple room, adequately clean. As it was at the front of the building, and especially as it was on the third floor, the sea view was good.
The water leak from an unknown source in the shower/toilet room.
As the premises were operated remotely, there was no staff interaction. This seemed to work but was missed.

Bed was comfy, lovely and clean :) Bathroom was also decent.
Separation between floors especially to the top floor/attic is thin; could hear people having a 'good time' :D late at night but not the hotels fault on that front.
TV didn't work/no signal but not a massive issue.

Location, space (double room) and clean bathroom
Walls are thin so heard things from other rooms, and WiFi was a bit spotty so just make sure you have data :)

The seafront location.
The low, low cost - £36 for an overnight stay on a Saturday in September
The hotel is operated remotely.
This does help keep costs down, but takes a bit of getting used to.
