Lovely location with views over the bay. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Two separate seating area to watch tv. Selection of books for all ages. Plenty of native wildlife within the bay area, kangaroos, echidnas, koalas and fairy penguins at night near the jetty.
No clothes dryer or pegs to hang things on the clothes line makes it hard in damp KI weather to dry things even on the clothes airer that was provided.
Also we could not find an ironing board but there was an iron.

Great location and lovely house. Very clean and comfortable.
Could have provided some teas and a small container of milk.

The only issue was with the air conditioning controls - they were hard to read and it was surprising that there wasn't heating in the second bedroom. It was also bit of a mystery as to how to turn on and off the underfloor heating in the bathrooms. (when we did get it to work by accident in one of the bathrooms it was wonderful!)
