Location and availability
All the pillows are super big. I had to use a bath towel for a less volume pillow

Easy to access, very clean, comfortable, nice shower products, good communication
Room access was a 9 or 10 digit number, too long. The number didn’t work on the second night and I had to access a secondary key. Not terrible but not optimal.

The coffee shop right by the place and it wasn’t too far from our hiking spot. Cute little town.
I didn’t like the fact that my friend and I got into the room at 1am after a long day of traveling just to open the door and find the room had never been cleaned. There were a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom, sheets hadnt been changed or made bed, there was still trash in the room. We had to change the sheets, luckily there was extras.
