The property was not what I initially expected, but in a good way. Its not a hotel. these are individual "suites" that open up to the back deck, or to the front. The suites are quite large, which was very nice for my family. Huge bathroom, and a large comfortable foldout couch. Window fans are provided, which enabled us to enjoy the cool fresh air from Stonington! The back deck is huge, tons of room to relax and take in the harbor. We did not use it, but they have grills etc to use. One could easily use a whole day painting or reading a book out there. All of the restaurants in town are within a 3 minute walk. We will definitely be back, and look forward to our next stay.

this unit is right on the street. it is ok but location is great since we were going to ferry next morning
