Oakwood Studios Sukhumvit Bangkok

Great value for money, location! Cooperative stuff, fulfilled my request regarding high floor far from elevator. Hotel is very fresh and modern, it was peaceful and quiet in the room which is the most important

I liked everything

Very good service and clean

Like everything

Location and staff

Nothing

The bed was so comfortable and the location was walkable from the BTS.

The reception staff could have been more attentive and welcoming. I expected a higher level of service, particularly when it came to greeting guests. During our arrival, I did not hear a “good morning” or any other greeting from the reception staff. A warmer and more attentive welcome would have made a much better first impression. The room also had an unpleasant odor in the morning. I could not determine whether it was coming from the bathroom or the air conditioning, but the smell was noticeable throughout the room. I eventually had to spray my hair spray around the room just to make the air more pleasant. I believe this is something the hotel should look into and improve.
