clean, nice rooms, service was superb, amenities were also plentiful. near main hakata station, near pokemon station. across the street also a lawson and 7 eleven 300m away on the same street
very strict rules on check in, early check in requires extra payment, and lift always stops at 2nd reception floor. breakfast was horrible and disgusting. it is mainly preheated microwaved food. eggs were not fresh eggs. fish were not fresh and had lots of bones

Everything great, clean place, excelent service
My only concern is just because I need to go to the international airport with 4 luggages, it would be better if I stayed near the other gate, which is closer to the airport bus. But I could manage just fine.

Good position between the train station and the city center.
We preferred to avoid the 1300yen per person breakfast because it was completely Japanese and not suitable for vegetarians. By the way there’s a lovely bakery right a stone’s throw from there
