overall great stay. We utilized the pool and there was a beautiful rainbow that night!!
I was sent 4 codes for the front gate and none of them worked.
Someone on the property told us they had the same issue and had to call to get in and provided us with the code.
The tv was not fully functioning. It would be fine and then go all streaky.

It is very close to the Townsend Visitor Center and the events there, and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. It is large enough to accommodate my family of 6.
There could have been pool towels in the condo.

Quiet. Cozy. Comfortable. Convenient. Safe. Well-maintained. Cute. Reasonably priced. close and easy parking. Off the main road. Availability of washer and dryer. Clean. Good kitchen.
Was not clear about where to put the trash out.
