Water tank is 36 gallons and propane is two 20lb tanks. We are dog parents and we welcome other dogs as well (no cats please) for an additional cost. My wife and I enjoy this camper often but we would like to give others the opportunity to use it when our lives get too busy. This trailer is well maintained with all amenities working as they should. NOTE: To ensure A/C, microwave, TV/DVD player work properly, you need a minimum 30 amp power supply or minimum 3500 watt generator. All other amenities are able to operate off of the battery and/or propane. Main queen bed is upgraded memory foam mattress. Please don't hesitate to ask any further questions.
