Other than the chairs on the balcony the place was very clean. Those cushions on the chair on the balcony need to be trashed. Since obviously animals stay in this place I would replace the furniture with leather or a material like that since it is easier to clean making things more sanitary. Off season I would get with the other owners and make a portable fire pit for the beach since it is obvious others have bond fires on the beach. This would make that kind of thing safer and offer an evening activity. Of course, I am not sure of the rules and guidelines for this as well as safety concerns although I know for example the Princess on the ocean does have a fire pit and their rates for rooms are quite a bit less expensive. Having this knowledge now would most likely have me choose the Princess to stay at rather this condo. By the way I know that what I am talking about is a fact since my wife who was also with me on this trip stayed at the Princess two weeks prior.

We were very pleased a few amenities could be added like a Keurig, Frig with an ice maker, soup ladle, games and cards, and toilet brushes. Overall a very good experience. So glad we could stay in a decent place and take our dogs.

We live on Kent Island so it's just a 2 hour jaunt to the beach! What a great ocean front condo...very clean and nicely appointed! (And I am very particular) One issue, and it's totally my fault, is we didn't time our stay right for the October 1st release of dog friendly beach and boardwalk. We will be back!!!

Wow, just wow! Great time. We had a wonderful stay, the condo is beautiful, well appointed with great ocean front views. Our two dogs were happy with the location that Colleen had told us about in advance for their bathroom breaks. A big shout out to Colleen because she was friendly, informative and thoughtful. We rent condo's in OC all of the time, rarely do we find hand soap, dish soap, coffee filters, tin foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, it was all there. Thanks you for the thoughtfulness Colleen, it was much appreciated. I could not have found a better place to spend my 60th Birthday! We plan on returning soon!

The place is amazing. It is clean, spacious, complete and has a very nice view of the beach. It is also dog friendly and our dog loved it too. We would love to come back to Ocean City and will definitely book here again.

This was a REALLY nice condo, bigger living area than most, updated kitchen, comfy main suite bed, great water pressure, plenty or room to sit and enjoy meals and play games! Did I mention that million dollar view! So close to see, hear and smell the ocean! Colleen was amazing and so quick to respond to any questions. There were paper products, d/w supplies and other extras set out upon our arrival. So nice! The condo was tastefully decorated and we felt right at home upon entering. I would highly recommend a family or couple. The location was great, too! Walking distance to everything you might need.
