Location is great! Affordable stay if beach time is your main goal.
Hard to maneuver around if you’re here with a family. Kitchen appliances hit or miss, the wine cooler didn’t function the whole time. Dishes in the cupboard were all dirty upon arrival.
Place was very dirty - for paying cleaning fee, not quite sure what that’s going towards. Absolutely felt like we left it cleaner when we checked out than it was when we checked in.
The ceiling in the kitchen has water damage and is leaking, the stairs had damage and when we called the property manager, he seemed to be unaware of both, but neither issue was new.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Condo is in a great location! Swimming pool right outside our door. Condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. This was our fifth visit to the Windjammer and our fourth stay at EE. Condo was in very good condition but the pool area and grounds could use a little sprucing up and repair.

Was a fun stay. Contacted the manager about a few issues that came up- very quick response. Coming back again next summer.

The unit was nice and met our requirements. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness & preparation of the property.
there was candy & candy wrappers under a couch in the front room and empty water bottles under 2 of the beds. Seemed odd that none of the bathrooms had any rugs or floor mats but then found them all still in the dryer. Seemed as if the cleaning crew didn't make sure the job was finished.

As presented. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Everything worked. Access to beach and to pool and to neighborhood walks was excellent.

The unit was exactly as advertised and provided us with a roomy, clean place for our annual summer vacation.

First Trip to OIB.
This definitely was a trip to remember. The process started with a change in ownership of the unit. It happens that way in the rental industry, I suppose, but nevertheless it made me a bit nervous about how our trip might be impacted. The host, Nicole, was phenomenal in her communication with me, as well as was the property manager from VROS. The unit was great. For the time they had between the sale and our check in, the place was well cleaned for us. Two covered porches, spacious bedrooms, a nice area to eat and lounge. The pool and easy beach access was great, as was covered parking for three vehicles. The only critiques I could give was that the place was a bit dated in the interior and the pool deck’s nails were beginning to come up, posing an issue to the children in our party. Ceiling fans for the porches may also be worth a look. But, hey—if those are the only critiques, I’d say it was a great stay, and it was. We will definitely return to OIB, and hopefully to this same unit.
