Lots of space so great for families or groups. Close to restaurants and parking for car.
Able to do laundry which was a bonus!
Just be aware that there are flights of stairs to reach property and only air conditioning in bedrooms and not communal areas.

Excellent location (three blocks from bottom of Bahai Garden Haifa, many restaurants and retail nearby). Easy to park. Nice host. Pretty kitchen and bathrooms. Nice balconies.
One shower did not drain well. Hard not to flood the room.
Air conditioning only in bedrooms.
Trek to third floor can be an issue if you have heavy suitcases (we did not).
