What an incredible place! We were able to watch the Flotilla from the front of the condo without having to go out in the cold windy night. We could see sunrise from the balcony and master bedroom and sunset from the front door. Walking distance to everything and awesome security on sight. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

Great condo, nicer than expected. Beautifully done in a great location. The ocean is blue in Wrightsville and very pretty from the deck, beach and condo.
Had an issue with the dishwasher and Bryant Realty had service person there in less than 30 minutes. However, it was the latch on the dishwasher and a repeated problem. It needs to just be fixed. We had to use a tool to start it after being shown how. I'm still rating the condo 5 stars, but that shouldn't keep happening.

The pictures show this 5 star condo but the reality is that the building is very dated. There is tons of construction and noise. We had a guy literally walk and he set the A/C on 60 (because he was testing it) and left. The beach chairs are broken - so no use there. Overall, things are patch up but for the money, it was not what I expected.
Also, it's on a 6th floor.

A/C unit was on the entire time but never really cooled the unit. Fortunately it was cooler weather to start the week but by the end it was pretty warm in unit.

The property was great and we really enjoyed it, we will be back. A suggestion would be a couple of rugs so your feet do not always feel sandy. The dishwasher did not work, the fans in the bathrooms did not work properly, the showers were not easy to use.

I don't expect to go on vacation and not have electricity for approximately 20 hours. There was no plan to help us. We slept in a hot condo, and there was no plan to move us during that time. I expect to be reimbursed for the 20 plus hours of inconvenience for me and my family. We also contracted COVID after being there. Not sure if I would recommend. I definitely want to see if I am compensated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wrightsville Beach. It was a great location right on the beach with a pool - which is a bonus. Delicious restaurants and ice cream shops were literally around the corner. The condo was nicely appointed and the beds comfortable however the kitchen could be stocked a little better (but not a deal breaker). The shower hardware (hot water) was tricky even though they had left instructions but we finally figured it out.
One note that I wish the property management would change ... the beds are not made when you arrive. I know that sounds petty but when you can't check in until 4, have just driven 7 hours, unloaded a car full of luggage and beach equipment, and still need to get groceries for your stay ... The last thing you feel like doing is making 4 beds!! So if that little item could be skipped, it would be close to a perfect stay!

We had a great time at the Escape. The condo is newly renovated and sparklingly clean. Usually we stay further north on the island, and the beach was a more crowded than we prefer. Next time we will choose a less busy weekend.

Bryant Property Management were helpful, courteous, pleasant and flexible! The drip coffee maker in the condo was old and dirty so Bryant brought us a brand new one! We are a bit of coffee snobs so we REALLY appreciated that gesture! The condo is beautifully renovated, cozy and in a fantastic location!! The view is stunning and there’s nothing like the sound of the ocean! It was a wonderful trip! Thank you!!!!

Splendid Stay
Bryant Property Management were helpful, courteous, pleasant and flexible! The drip coffee maker in the condo was old and dirty so Bryant brought us a brand new one! We are a bit of coffee snobs so we REALLY appreciated that gesture! The condo is beautifully renovated, cozy and in a fantastic location!! The view is stunning and there’s nothing like the sound of the ocean! It was a wonderful trip! Thank you!!!!

We Had a last-minute family trip to Carolina Beach. This beach rental was just as expected. It was nice beautiful and spacious for a condo. Everyone in the building were very pleasant and nice. I love the color is I was very happy! The location is great for walking to get great coffee at Adapt, pizza at Vito, and tacos at tower 7.

Great Weekend
We Had a last-minute family trip to Carolina Beach. This beach rental was just as expected. It was nice beautiful and spacious for a condo. Everyone in the building were very pleasant and nice. I love the color is I was very happy! The location is great for walking to get great coffee at Adapt, pizza at Vito, and tacos at tower 7.

Perfect week away
Newly renovated and Top notch! This newly reno condo at Station One is fully stocked with the basic needs, stunning views of the beach and ocean from a great outdoor deck! The decor, beds, baths and kitchen truly made us welcome for our week away! Hope to be back!

Hearing the ocean waves and feeling the breeze from the large sliding doors on the end of the living room was just heavenly. I worked remotely while my wife and kids explored the beach and the nearby aquarium and took a boat tour. Wifi was sufficient for remote desktop and video conferencing. Plenty of great food options nearby, clean and comfortable retreat with thoughtful touches.

We've been renting in WB for over 20 years and this rental was one of the best we've ever rented. This vacation rental was very clean, newly renovated, beautifully decorated and located in a prime location.
Linens were included and the owners have a lot of thoughtful touches that make your stay very comfortable including beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. all stored in "Pop's Closet". There were even a pair of vintage binoculars available for guest use (maybe belonging at one time to "Pop")?
We loved the location! Wings is across the street and Tower 7 (our fav restaurant) is so close! The pool was closed when we were there (you could use the loungers but actual pool was closed) but it looks really nice.
There is no laundry in the unit but washers and dryers are located on each floor. Remember to bring quarters ($1.50/load). The unit has both a coffee maker and a keurig, lots of hooks everywhere for hanging towels and clothes and lots of personal touches.
We had a couple of maintenance issues during our stay and Bryant Real Estate was very prompt at resolving them. I definitely recommend this condo and we're hoping to stay again.
