This estate is amazing. Everything was as promised and more. We were met at the property and given a tour and overview of all the amenities. As frequent vacation rental travelers, it was a nice touch to actually meet a person at the property instead of automated access and roaming around for the light switches. We never left the property for dinner as we all agreed we had the best oceanfront view in town. We did hire a private chef for a special evening and we were not disappointed. Our stay was beyond words, amazing. Absolute dream vacation and honestly never wanted to leave the house. We had a family of 11 staying, ages 77-11 and the layout was ideal with everyone have more than enough room. The extra guest house was perfect. The view is breathtaking, we found ourselves spending the majority of time in the outdoor living space and lanai. Every morning we enjoyed the kayakers and boaters and most afternoons was surfing entertainment. The kids enjoyed the pool and playing cornhole on the beach in front almost every evening. The welcome snacks and goodies after traveling so far was so appreciated—this house has everything you could want or ask for. It was extremely clean, well cared for, perfectly decorated and just a perfect gem of a find. Of all the places we’ve rented over the years, this was a treasure. If you’re wavering at all, just book it, you won’t regret!

This, this is the house to stay at while in Kona. From the very beginning Michelle was so welcoming and kind when she gave us the tour. She really went above and beyond to make things special for our multi-generational family, especially the kids. Having the fridge stocked with some drinks, and fresh fruit waiting for us was such a nice touch. The outdoor entertaining area was amazing, between the sound of the crashing waves, the hot tub that quickly got up to HOT, the pool to cool off in, the tide pools to explore, and the various seating to watch your favorite NFL team. We could not have asked for more!! The house itself was extremely well stocked with the amenities and the kitchen was a chef’s paradise. My husband now has the Kamado Joe on his list for Father’s Day as he did a perfectly smoked pork butt one day. We used every bedroom in the house and everyone of us stated the beds were very comfortable. The house was super clean (something which is a must for me to really be able to relax) and like I said extremely well stocked with all the needed necessities. Michelle, the manager, was very responsive to any questions we had about the area, or any needs we had. We are all talking and planning on when we can come back!!!! If you can, book during whale season…we had a front row every day to whale sightings, including a 25 minute show one day that a mama, new babe, and about 4-5 competing escorts were putting in for us.
