2 weeks on the beaches of Kaibo condos is a must do. Very peaceful enjoyable time with Sandy beach, pool and shade for when the sun gets too hot. Water ferry takes you back to town across the ocean must do for a day or two. Don’t miss the stingray tour and bioluminescence tour which leave from the dock out front. Go relax and have a fabulous time.

My husband and I had a wonderful week staying in this lovely condo. It had everything we needed, and the management was very responsive, friendly, and professional. Waking up and seeing the view every morning was a dream come true!

My husband and I loved staying here, the location is walking distance to Kaibo which has coffee, restaurant, water sports, ferry to Camana Bay, and trips out to Stingray City. We prefer to stay out at Rum Point as opposed to 7 mile, much slower paced.
The condo itself is very nice, loved the pool and hot tub. Snorkeled right out front to see Starfish.

What a great property!! I can't say enough great things about this property. They had everything we needed. Extra towels, extra snorkel equipment, snacks, coffee, extra sheets, Netflix, a paddleboard, a kayak, and did I mention coffee and tea? The location was perfect. Close to Starfish Point, Close to an excellent restaurant. Steps from the ocean. It is a drive into town but we didn't mind at all. We were away from the hustle and bustle of everything. We will definitely be staying here again

This is a beautiful property and exactly as described with all the amenities. It is located far away from the crowds on Seven Mile Beach and cruise ships. We do recommend a rental car if you want to explore the island. Kaibo Restaurant is less than a 5 minute walk along the beach. It offers coffee/breakfast, an all day beach menu (the ceasar salad with snapper is awesome!), and luxury dining Thurs-Sat. If you are scuba divers, contact Indepth Water Sports - we got pickups/dropoffs from the Kaibo marina.

Quiet place nice condo. No water access from condo however a short walk or drive will get you to a swimmable beach. If your looking for aqua colored water you will have to go to seven mile beach. This is a 45 minute hard drive or a 30 minute ferry ride ($25). Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not stay on this side of the island again,

From the very git-go working with Julie starting in September 2022 we felt a true diamond was found, and after arriving it was just that & more!
The internal space was perfect for two:
- Awesome living room w/ large TV to watch Netflix in the evening on a comfy couch
- Spacious kitchen w/ a full-sized fridge and covers your cooking needs
- The bedroom w/ king bed was superb, gently waking up to the sunrise
- The screened patio was sublime during the dawn over coffee, lunch & dinner, and sunset over a Tortuga Rum cocktail
- The private beach was spectacular! Lay out undee coconut palm trees while listening to music over the bluetooth speaker
- Wading through the private beach watching many of reef fish, sea annemea, sea urchins, brilliant red starfish (counted 23 each), and juvenile barracuda & needle nosed fish
Hands down a spectacular site! If we decide to return to the Grand Cayman, rest assured we will come back to this condo! You can't ask for a better low-key, relaxing spot away from the tourists on the west end of the island.

The condo was located at a nice getaway area. It had wonderful views! It was quiet and peaceful, so definitely a good spot for relaxing! Another plus side was that a restaurant/bar was within a minute or two walking distance.
The staff were very polite and kind when they stopped by.

We had an awesome time ! The weather was perfect. You really couldn’t have ask for anything else at of place it is fully stocked with everything you will need for your trip.also it’s very quiet and relaxing there if that’s what your look for.

The property was everything the listing advertised. The unit was well equipped, very clean, plenty of towels, snorkeling equipment and beach coolers.
We really enjoyed the quiet location away from the crowds. That being said, it's about an hour drive to George Town/Seven Mile Beach/West Bay. There is a restaurant/bar located next to the unit but it's extremely expensive.
Don't let the shallow water off the beach fool you! There is great snorkeling around the rocks including star fish, eel, sea urchins, etc. We loved that it was right in our backyard.
If we go back to Cayman, we'll definitely stay here again.

Our property manager was outstanding, we had her stock the refrigerator before our arrival for a nominal fee. Our communication with her was quick and helpful.
The Condo itself was clean and neat and was exactly what was described and shown on VRBO. We are planning on reserving next January as well

Some listings show pictures that don’t quite live up to the expectation of the property. This was beyond expectations. Very nice property, great access to beach, friendly people…quiet and calm. Working with Julie was a pleasure and we will be back!
We were concerned the Northside would be too quiet but everyday we found so much to do. Starfish were abundant and the snorkeling was top notch.

The space was better than the pictures show. I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. The property manager was responsive for the few issues we encountered (hot tub wasn’t hot , they sent someone out two days later to fix it and the shower water did not get warm - they said unable to change that, but the sink water got hot). The pool was very clean. The location is quiet and great :) Would recommend

The view from the balcony is incredible. The condo is in great condition and very comfortable. It was quiet and restorative. The property manager was incredible and helped us in so many ways. She is very communicative and knowledgeable. 10/10 would stay here again.

This was our first trip to Cayman, and while Seven Mile Beach is really spectacular, it's also really crowded and busy. By contrast this condo out in Rum Point is well appointed (pots and pans that are in good shape, adequate utensils and glassware etc), it's clean, not rundown, quiet and as a bonus, right on the beach in a beautiful location. The crystal clear water and loads of starfish are just steps away. For us the only drawback that could be mentioned is the air conditioning unit is just outside the bedroom door, so very light sleepers will need to get used to it cycling on and off through the night - or you can leave it off, but temps will climb. My wife and I are light sleepers and even knowing this, we wouldn't let it prevent us from booking here again. It deserves 5 stars for sure.

This quiet location was beautifully and relaxing. Loved this view from the balcony. Condo is nicely decorated, clean and provides everything you need. Julie was available for anything we needed and we appreciated the snack basket which we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay and would book again in a heartbeat. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The property is stunning and perfect for a do-nothing, relaxing vacation. I could spend all day on that balcony enjoying the view. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well-maintained. The area is super quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We loved our stay at kaibo 4! The condo had everything we needed and more! It had a well stocked kitchen, with the coffee and snacks being a bonus. There were even tumbler cups to keep our drinks cold! The snorkel gear came in good use throughout the trip. Also, we saw sooo many starfish right outside the condo- one afternoon we counted 35! The restaurant and coffee shop that is steps away was open Weds- Sunday and has a great setup, staff, and menu! Julie was very accommodating and we had no issues. We definitely recommend renting a car to explore the island while you are here.

Our condo was absolutely amazing - you are provided everything you could possibly need and more! We were shocked to find snorkel gear and a beach umbrella :)! We could not be happier! Julie, the condo manager was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond! We practically had your own island - it was very quiet and relaxing area. If you are a looking for a low key quiet calm vacation this is the place!

We had just the best time during our stay in July! You all really went out of your way to make us feel right at home and transition us to a new unit when the maintenance issues arose. We can't thank you enough for the prompt attention, the beautiful accommodations in Kaibo #4, the warm welcome by Julie upon arrival, and the tips to direct us on the island. It was just the relaxing vacation we needed to unwind! The condo was so comfortable, well stocked for our needs, boasting a beautiful view, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated from the remodel! We were honored to be your first guests there in the newly finished unit! We appreciate the use of the bikes as well, which we took on early morning rides on Rum Point, and then to Starfish point several times, where we were able to enjoy it all to ourselves in the morning, and then a one of a kind sunset experience with our wine and cheese! We really can't wait to come back and hope to do it soon. It was really hard to leave! We will recommend your place and service to anyone we know looking for a great getaway! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
