Chad is an amazing host! His rental is perfect for any large group/family. He provides excellent customer service to his guests. There is plenty of everything you need in the kitchen: pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. Washer/dryer on both floors. We loved this location for our corporate retreat.

Very nice home, great location. We had plenty of space to gather with adults upstairs and kids downstairs. And laundry both places! Truly a perfect spot for a big group. Owner very responsive. We’ll return.

We bring our kids and grandkids to Branson every year to celebrate Christmas. There is 18 of us. This place was absolutely perfect. 8 bedrooms with their private bath made getting ready a quick process. Two of the bedrooms were bunk rooms and the kids were thrilled.
The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook a meal. We made a huge pot of chili for the whole bunch. We forgot to bring our huge stockpot. We were surprised to find there was already one there.
My husband I came up the night before everyone else. We enjoyed the video games downstairs. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger made us feel like kids again.
One thing I’d love to see is a table downstairs where we could spread out for board games. We played them upstairs, but we had to keep trying to shush them in between our laughter, because we had little ones trying to sleep. It didn’t keep us from having a good time and play our games though.
Communication with Chad was so easy. He was VERY quick to respond. He made sure our stay was one for the books.
If we’re able to come back next year, we’ll definitely stay here again. It really was perfect.

Very spacious and accommodated all of our needs. My entire family (15 adults / 5 kids / 2 toddlers) stayed here while visiting Branson as we celebrated our mother’s 71st birthday!
The house was handicapped accessible, which worked well for my sister. With each bedroom room having its own bathroom saved us lots of time as we could all get ready simultaneously. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals for a large group. We also liked that it was very close to all the attractions. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!!

The hone is VERY spacious. The layout is absolutely incredible, nice size bedroom's, HUGE dinning area, very nice kitchen. Very convenient and the property manager is VERY friendly and quick to respond to anything we had questions about. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

This is a wonderful house for a large group with 8 bedrooms all with their own bathroom and tv's.
two rooms ad bunkbeds for the kids worked out great. Large kitchen with double stove, ovens and dishwashers.

Chad was very nice . Anytime I needed to reach out he would reply bk and he was very helpful. The kids loved the gaming area inside the property . It’s literally 10 mins away from things the kids would love. Aquarium, arcades and lots of other great places !

House was exactly as pictured. Located close to everything. A fun experience. Chad was great to work with!

We really liked the floor plan of this property. Each bedroom had on suite bath and bedrooms were located in the four corners of each floor ….. which made each seem quiet and private. The main areas were open with lots of seating, huge tvs, and plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking and serving meals.
This well thought out design is also clean and maintained in like new condition.
Communication with management and check in were flawless.
I highly recommend this rental!

Place was clean and well decorated, very well thought out for family time , Had enough space at the dinner table , and the downstairs living room and arcade games were a huge hit for the children and children at heart ! All 8 bedrooms and bathrooms were huge , with plenty available blankets and several pull out couches ! 5 stars all around !

My family traveled from 3 states for a long weekend stay and this home was the perfect retreat! Great space for games, dinners, and sharing memories. Laundry on both floors was a plus, two dishwashers, ranges, and microwaves would be a nice plus for a larger group. The location was perfect, just off the main strip but close to all the shops and restaurants. Highly reccomend!

This house was great for big families and friends. It is within a short drive of everything in Branson and Table Rock Lake. It is a beautiful house with plenty of beds and bathrooms! We loved it!

This property was spacious and very clean. There was enough room for all of us to relax and have a great time. Our children loved the downstairs area. It was close to all of the Branson attractions. We are definitely coming to this property again!
