Quiet, nice hotel close to shops and restaurants with very helpful staff.

Nice, practical design. Especially the wall to the bathroom that brings light all day. Very good shower with hot water. Quiet - no traffic outside. Good a/c. Small fridge. Safe. Very good, helpful staff everywhere. Good indian breakfast with a few "western" additions. Eggs or dosas to order. The hotel has a direct entrance to the Phoenix shopping mall with some restaurants and a good food shop. Just a few minutes walk from " the real Indian life" with small shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

nothing I liked about property

Room doesn’t have lookers also bed bugs I have change the hotel middle of night. staff wasn’t friendly also . I wouldn’t even stay for free there again.

not so good the standards have gone down, I was there 3 years ago and was good then.

I’ve stayed there when ever I was in Chennai love the staff

lots of things the tv wasn’t work in our room only fixed when on the last day which was no god for us. The lights where not working no towels in our room we always had to ask for them

If you like showers dont book this hotel

location is perfect and 24 hr hotel. the optical illusion theme is very nice. since its inside the mall we loved doing shopping and coming back home after movie was so cool. Room interior is so good. Room is clean. Even after 10am they kept breakfast when we requested. polite people in the kitchen. clean Annam cafe. we enjoyed our breakfast buffet.

worst shower. no preasure and not hot at all. I will never book this again just because of the shower. after a long day a hot shower is the one which refreshes you. grt disappointing. no towels hanger. they just ask us to drop the towels on the floor. i dont wanna throw wet towels for the whole day in the room.

Nothing other than location

Everything, room, facilities were non existent, nothing worked including lights, poorly lit, over designed and not functional, see through bathroom doors, no real service, couldn't fix problems over four days, just a damn poor place

ROOM IS HUGE ,Exactly as shown in pictures!love the couch!AND MALL ACCESS WAS THE EXTREMELY CONVENIENT

TOOTHBRUSH VERY PRICEY FOR MANAGEMENT!U CANT ACCIDENTALLY EVEN SEE IT !UNLESS KEEP CALLING N ASK FOR IT EVERYDAY!BOOKED A SUPERIOR ROOM BUT STUFF DIDNT MENTION NETHER ANY NOTES WERE PLACED THAT MINI BAR IS CHARGEABLE!!REALLY FIND THAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL GUEST SERVICE!as a guest who booked superior room it’s normal to assume it as a compliment !!!!!!!
