Location by the lake, and close proximity to Ford William a Ford Augustus! The hot tub is lovely, especially after hiring some mountain bikes at Ben Nevis
Fishing was awesome, loads of good sized fish, right outside the lodge! and kayaking at the lake all brilliant.
The decor of the house and the way it has been done up is nice. All you need is in there.
We couldn't get comfortable in the bed which meant we didn't have great sleep.
The bedrooms are very small. Upon arrival we didn't find it very clean. In particular the kitchen area needed a clean!
The park itself is not maintained at all. The main building is closed, grass not cut, the road leading into the park was overgrown, it was not kept up together. As some of the houses are permanently lived in, it means you don't have your typical holiday park vibes, although that's not a major issue. The fact it's not maintained it the middle of the summer season, with the waste bins overflowing is disappointing, but I guess that's an issue of park management and not the lodge owner!!
