Absolutely love this place!! We travel a lot for dance competitions and this ALWAYS my go to, can’t count the number of times we have stayed here, staff is always so nice, thank you!!

Hotels.com stated that the hotel is pet friendly, even though we have service dog , we still tend to go to pet friendly places just to ensure we can’t be denied. We arrive at hotel and it’s stated EVERYWHERE no pets, so we showed our handlers card as well as their cards and paperwork . As we were presenting these the front desk lady she snapped in our face and demanded we send her all of personal documents to them. The room we got was COVERED in bugs and the following morning @ 9am the manager came to our door and kicked us out for having our service dog. WONT BE BACK

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Close to the road, so a little noisy but not bad.

The sign reads 'older than some, cleaner than most'... I had a wonderful stay. The room was very, very clean! It's older but updated. A refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and an abundance of linens is standard for all rooms. I was really pleasantly surprised and would certainly stay there again if I'm ever in Sevierville again.

The hotel is older but clean and a great price. Has extras in the rooms such as sofas and small tables to eat at.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Stay was awesome, room very clean, great location and only recommendation is more pillows on a bed.

This was our first stay here, and it was about what we expected. For the price it was absolutely worth what you get. It was a very clean and well kept property. There were a couple things in the room that could be improved, but again, for the price it was good. The beds were clean and comfortable enough. It was in a great location, far enough out not to be too loud, but close enough you could get anywhere quickly. The sign out front said “older than some but cleaner than most” and I think that’s about as accurate of a description as there could be. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep, this is it. I wouldn’t book it if you were planning on staying in the room the whole time, but great for trips with outings.

It took 45 minutes to check in 4 people. The sound of road traffic can be load at times. The front manager walked into our room unannounced and turned on the light while we trying to get the grandchildren to sleep. No knock on the door. The rooms are big and clean though.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Very comfortable place. Clean with lots of space, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, couch. I really liked it, a great value. It's not swanky but I don't need or want swanky. I need clean and comfortable and a good price. If that's what you need too, this is the hotel for you. Oh and the people are professional and nice too. Good place to stay.

Front desk lady was rather unpleasant in every aspect. From check-in to check-out. Very short, no greetings either at check-in or check-out. Very rude to other guests who weren’t happy with their room. Very rude when we were waiting for our Uber, almost like we were annoying her even though we were silently sitting in the chairs to stay warm. It was very loud the morning we checked out, so loud we kept being awakened. Rooms are super outdated, bathroom was tiny. Not sure we will be back.

I've stayed in many motels but this one is the cleanest one I've ever stayed in. This was our 1st time staying at Mountain Aire Inn but definitely won't be our last. The only issues we had was not enough electrical outlets in the room. With cpap machines, smart watches, cellphones & electric razor & we had only 2 outlets in the room. We made it work though & had a wonderful trip. The staff were very friendly!! An awesome place to stay!!

The room was clean, but it is very dated. The sheets were scratchy and some updating is definitely needed. If you’re just looking for a clean place, this will do it. But if you want a step up from basic I’d probably pick somewhere else. Checkin was chaotic but the desk lady was nice.

Basic hotel, comfortable except pillows could be improved. No nonsense if you just want a clean place to sleep.

Nasty.. extremely outdated and smothering with carpet powder to cover up the dirty carpet. I do not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay! This is an older, modest motel but is very neat and clean as a whistle! Bed was super comfy, water pressure was excellent, location was very quiet and the proximity to other attractions was perfect. And did I mention the price? Can’t be beat!

Mountain Aire Inn afforded a great get away opportunity at a fabulous price. Hospitable reception and quiet surroundings. Google Maps may not give the correct destination IF you search for 1008 Parkway -- you may end up in Gatlinburg!!! Instead, PLEASE search for "Mountain Air Inn, Sevierville" and you are sure to get the correct directions.

For the price, it was a perfect choice. Clean, quiet, and convenient. Unless you need luxurious amenities, this motel has everything to meet your basic needs during your stay.

Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was wonderful and large with a nice back deck. Great water pressure with awesome longgggg hot water. Only problem I had was the front desk lady with the big glasses was not very friendly, just kinda short and snippy, glad I only had to deal with her once…she didn’t seem much of a people person and wanted to get back to doing whatever it was that was more important than checking me in..outside of that evening was wonderful, I will deff go back!

This is an older motel but you certainly wouldn't know it. The rooms are a great size and had two chairs. Immaculately clean! Great location just outside the traffic of pigeon forge.
