Delizioso appartamento a pochi passi da Castel Sant'Angelo situato al primo piano senza ascensore di un antico palazzo ed è stato recentemente restaurato.
L'appartamento si compone di un salone con angolo cottura e zona pranzo, disimpegno con divano letto matrimoniale (140x200), una camera con letto matrimoniale (180x200) e una seconda camera più piccola con un letto matrimoniale (140x200), un bagno accessibile dal disimpegno.
L'appartamento è molto silenzioso e può ospitare comodamente 4 persone fino ad un massimo di 6 persone ( 60 m²)
L'appartamento dispone di accesso ad internet tramite WiFi, Lavatrice, Lavastoviglie e Aria Condizionata \ Riscaldamento e TV. La cucina è completa di frigorifero, microonde, forno, piano cottura ed è attrezzata per cucinare e mangiare. Forniamo lenzuola e asciugamani per tutti gli ospiti con possibilità di fare servizio di pulizia con cambio biancheria.
L'appartamento è molto confortevole. La sua posizione è nel cuore del centro storico e permette di esplorare a piedi molte attrazioni turistiche.

The mattresses are not comfortable. Too soft, without inner covers and dirty. The pillows are also without covers and dirty.
The sleeping space is vital to achieve the basic objective. Rome is a tourist destination and resting properly is essential to achieve good service in the accommodation. I travel a lot for work and mattresses, pillows and cleaning are the minimum necessary. As for the kitchen utensils and services, they are fantastic. And the location is highly recommended.

The location is excellent, check-in and check-out were very easy, and communication with Francesca was great.
Overall, our stay was good, but the apartment needs some improvements. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable, and a few things in the apartment could be updated, such as the kitchen and bathroom taps. The kettle was not very clean, and the pots didn’t work properly on the stove. The location is excellent, check-in and check-out were very easy, and communication with Francesca was great.

The location is the best thing about the apartment. It is within walking distance of much of the central part of Rome, as well as a bus service to all the tourist areas of Rome. We also noticed that the guest left some items in the kitchen (left by other guests) which also helped. And the fact that there is a supermarket 2 minutes away on foot is a plus for those who use the apartment.
I think that the price paid compared to the amenities of the apartment leaves a lot to be desired. Let's see that it is an apartment without any comfort, with loose furniture, very worn and soft mattresses and very worn crockery. The bathroom needs urgent work because it is completely out of date. But the worst thing is the windows, because the ones in the bedroom don't even close, which makes sleeping at night a mess, with the restaurants and residents of the neighboring buildings. The same goes for the neighbors who, as soon as they walk or make any movement, can be heard as if they were inside the house. They should carry out work on the apartment as soon as possible so that they can charge the prices they charge per night.
