Virtue House

I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years when I have work in the area. For the price it's very good value - it's kept clean and tidy, my rooms have always been comfortable, shared toilets and sink and showers all clean and working fine, shared kitchen also all good, I have privacy, it's a great location for food and travel, and entry instructions are very clear

It would be nice if there was a bit more sound insulation, but I understand the limitations - you can't control when there's roadworks or if people are noisy coming back in late, that is not the fault of the venue

The Location was very Good and Nearby to all Shops , Pubs and Restaurants. Poundland was next Door, McDonald's opposite, Pubs Elephant And Castle, The Ordanance Arms and Wetherspoons Great Harry and Tesos all Nearby .

The Outside Door Entrance Security Lock Numbers were Very Small and Very Hard to See as it was very Dark and Unlit at Nighttime to get back in , You would need a Torch or Light from Mobile Phone to Shine on the very Small numbers and Sometimes the Security Code Numbers you put in does not Work , Could do with Bigger Numbers to See and also To have Better Lighting there at Nighttime as the Shutters are half pulled down in the Hallway Entrance in off the Street to Shop Downstairs. No 24 hour staff to help like a Hotel. Also the TV did not work in my room after several attempts and Complaints to the Staff, It was more for internet users than basic TV Channels.
