Osborn House in Bundanoon is an absolute gem—think 1890s country estate meets cool Soho House vibes. With cozy wood fires, plush cabins featuring outdoor tubs overlooking the bush, top-notch open-fire cooking, and a subterranean spa with a heated pool, it’s easily one of the dreamiest, low-key luxurious spots for a getaway in the Southern Highlands.

The facilities are outstanding, the pool and sauna and rooms are terrific
The staff were lovely however they clearly did not have enough staff on for the time we stayed there. Considerable wait times for even drink orders, huge issues with delivery of our meal the first night we stayed there as well as a turndown service which was only a quarter complete. Overall, the price point would be completely justified if the hotel rostered in enough staff to meet guest demand. The staff who did work were mostly polite, kind and tried there best to service all guests to an acceptable standard
