Le confort global du logement

L'apartament i els serveis que ofereix.
La neteja de la cuina i la terrasa de l'apartament són millorables.
Les tovalloles están molt velles i cal renovar-les.

Apartment was lovely, very comfortable, nice views from the balcony.
Lack of WiFi - should have looked more closely at the spec before booking but you just expect that these days.
More a criticism of the servicing company but the child's cot provided was a disgrace. Dirty, broken and looked very aged. We had to make other arrangements for our you get to sleep - not a great start on day one. Carrefour selling travel cots for less than €50 so no excuse for Serviden not having a modern, clean version.

Size was good, and location was good
Found communication limited - no reply over weekend when issues with electricity. Not knowing which swimming pool we could use on our first day there - and having to change day 1 plans to be available for check in. The electricity kept tripping, when we cooked. Which was a pain, and 1 day we found out after from a neighbour that the power had been switched off for several hours, but we weren't informed and I spent time checking out distribution panel, trying to fix.
