Loved the location and facilities! Staff were lovely also. This is far enough from the noise of the main road to get a great nights sleep but close enough to walk everywhere easily. Laundry next door and cafe so that was convenient!

The door alarm kept us awake one of our nights stay. You need to kind of slam the door to get it to stop we discovered. Dishes were dirty. Bathroom a little dirty. Not enough toilet paper for 4 nights and two people. Empty tissue box in one room. No dishwashing liquid. Bed linens are polyester and a little hot but air con helped.

Bliskość do centrum i plaży, basen oraz siłownia czynne od 6:00.

The location is definitely a big advantage. It is very close to Ao Nang Beach and within walking distance of the market, which made it very convenient for food and shopping. The property also has a pool, which was a nice addition and good for relaxing. We accidentally forgot our checkout time and realized we were already 4 hours past checkout. This was completely our mistake and has never happened to us before. Although the owner rushed to have us vacate the room quickly, they still handled the situation and allowed us to leave without major issues.

There were a few problems during our stay. First, we had an issue with the door lock. After we informed them, they sent a repair person to fix it. However, we were out for lunch at the time, and the repair person opened the lock while we were not there, leaving the room unsecured. We had valuable items inside, and thankfully nothing was stolen, but it made us uncomfortable. Second, the shower pressure was not good. Instead of a proper spray, the water flowed like a tap, which made showering inconvenient. Third, the air conditioning was not very effective. It took more than 2-3 hours to properly cool the room, which was frustrating, especially in the warm weather.
