The property is right across the street from Inkwell Beach and offers some amazing views of the ocean. I absolutely loved sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs, enjoy the view.
Rooms are small and there are no tv’s in the rooms but that actually wasn’t bad as initially thought it would be.

The location was in walking distance from shopping and right across from the beach. We loved sitting on the rockers on the porch listening to the waves.
The rooms and bathroom were very small.

Capricorn House is in a perfect location, with plenty to do in Oak Bluffs and the surrounding towns of Martha’s Vineyard. I found myself sitting on the front porch, relaxing and taking in the amazing views. It’s such a peaceful setting, and the location really makes the place special. You can sit outside, enjoy the scenery, and forget about everything for a while. I can definitely see why you love it there—it’s a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
Everything about the property was perfect.

Personable staff. Clean room. Good location.
The room was way too small and the beds not very comfortable and too many stairs to climb.
