After staying at this apartment, this area of Montparnasse is now my favorite area in Paris. The Apartment is around the corner from Rue Daguerre, with its many shops, markets, and restaurants, and surrounded by so many local restaurant choices that there is no need to go elsewhere. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances needed for a vacation stay. Every room is equipped with a TV with many streaming options. Easy access to the Metro and the RER B (to CDG). Communication with the host was great. A few things were missing from the listing, which were quickly taken care of by the host. There are a few maintenance issues with the apartment that hopefully will be resolved. The WiFi is very weak, can only accommodate one user at a time, and does not work upstairs - Maybe needs a router reboot? One of the bathrooms smells of sewage, and there was minimal hot water. There was enough hot water for quick showers, but not enough for washing long, thick hair. The downstairs rainwater shower can not be turned on full, or it floods.

Excellent location to visit most sites in Paris.

Very comfortable and stylish apt

Great stay. Could use a better living area seating configuration. Bedrooms and baths very nice. Street busy but very quiet with windows shut.
