All friends and family that have traveled all over the country really enjoyed the stay, and the views were priceless. All amenities were meet they even had baby gates and a high chair. Thank you for a great beach house experience, a definite once in a lifetime experience came out of many friends and family mouth several times!

We were down for a wedding and stayed for three nights four days. It was an absolute dream!! The home was extremely clean and beautiful. Gorgeous view of the ocean and perfect location. Have no complaints!

We just got back from our amazing stay and the house is beautiful! It worked perfectly for my sister’s Emerald Isle Wedding. There were 4 couples and we all had great bedrooms. We had so much space that we never felt crowded and views on the top floor were just as pictured in the listing. It was a great meeting place for hair and makeup for the bridesmaids and for the trolley to pick up the bridal party before the wedding. The house is fully stocked both inside and out. It’s also a perfect location with restaurants and shops near by. We definitely look forward to booking The Blue Marlin in the future! I really can’t say enough good things about this house (and it’s right on the beach).

This house is in a wonderful location and is beautifully decorated! We had an excellent vacation. Our only minor critique would be that it wasn’t particularly clean (specifically the floors hadn’t been mopped recently). Overall we would highly recommend this property!

Great home for a large family. Plenty of places to spread out and the kids had their space as well!! Beach proximity was great and having chairs provided was wonderful!

The quirky front belies what the rest of the house holds! Clean open spaces, plenty of beautiful beach-accessible and private rooms, large and well-stocked kitchen, living and dining room comfortable seating for a crowd, large decks with beautiful view seating, oversized windows with spectacular views, and the easiest accessibility to the beach, with an outdoor shower to remove the sand. It is perfect and we hope to return soon!

Perfect amount of space for a large group of family (13). House has been recently renovated and came equipped with everything one would need (including beach equipment, etc.) Having parking for 4+ vehicles and a boat on a trailer was also a big plus

Our family ranged in age from 1 to 67 including all age groups, toddler, pre-teen, teen, and adults. The house was large enough for all to comfortably eat, sleep & socialize. The ocean view on the top floor never gets old.
The location was excellent. Easy to access, & direct path to a wonderful beach.
Also, I was very satisfied with the prompt responses to questions during the week. I got a response within an hour for every inquiry. Great job.

From the ocean views to the beautiful, contemporary and modern decor and furnishings. Extremely clean and so well stocked. Communication with the host was very responsive and super friendly - accommodating our every need and then some. It was the perfect house to experience forced family fun, with 3 rainy days! We enjoyed every minute, cooking, playing games, reading, hangin with a newborn, and surfing when it wasn’t down pouring.

This has been one of the best stay at the beach for our monthly business retreat. Since covid, we have made it a point to work one week at the beach each month. It was exactly as described in the listing. The location was great. Plenty of space and outlets for computers, printers. Loved the oceanfront view with 4 bedrooms. That was the best. No coins flipped to see who would get them. Spacious, clean, bright. The kitchen layout was the best. We will definitely be back, for our beach work week in the coming months. The home was right on the water and immaculately appointed. It appears the home has been recently updated. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I could live in the super comfy swivel chair in the living room. The home is just steps to the beach. Plenty of space for parking. I would LOVE to return again soon. Can’t say enough good things about this rental! Highly recommend!

You know how you look at the pictures and then you actually go to a place and it's a little disappointing.?This property is just the opposite! The pictures though great, don't do it justice! It is such a beautiful home! The decor is gorgeous, the size of the rooms are generous, and the view can't be beat! Communication was kind and fast! Lovely people, lovely place!!

We go to the beach as a family often and this is one of the best houses we’ve ever had. Wonderfully decorated, comfortable, with incredible views! My older parents joined and since they aren’t as mobile, they took the main floor Master Suite. No elevator so they stayed on top floor most of the trip. Lots of up and down the stairs for the rest of us which was fine for our group. My college aged kids and friends, girlfriends loved the downstairs game and TV areas that are somewhat separate. And we got lucky on weather with high 60s over New Years weekend! We will be back!

This hone is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could ask for in a vacation spot. Everything was provided for, down to the little things like assorted teas; coffee, cooking essentials, soaps, shampoo and even laundry supplies. The owners are obviously very kind, considerate and welcome you to enjoy their home to the fullest. And the showers? Heaven. Our doggys loved the beach and that they were welcome to stay makes this a truly special place. The views are spectacular from each deck. I loved this home! Cozy. Beautifull. Perfect.

We just enjoyed 5 nights at the house with our 4 sons and their families. What a great place for this kind of gathering… 5 families including 10 adults and 4 littles. This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and it delivered… easy access to everything we needed. House was perfect, lots of bed options for the different families. Views are excellent, amenities are perfect.
IF you are not willing to climb stairs - it is a 3 story house and you will use ALL of it- then you need to look elsewhere. We loved it and could jot have been happier(and that includes 4 kids under 4). Worth noting, we brought a couple of door gates to keep the littles on the same area and that worked perfectly.
Proximaty to liquor store, wine shop, grocery, restaurants was 10 min or less … we hit the water park, had a putt putt competition and finished the last say racing go karts… this on top of the daily spike ball tournaments on the beach.. great beach… we set up early and enjoyed our time out there all day!
Also, great sunrise from the deck for the early risers.

The property has amazing views, nice beach, great amenities for both children and adults, fully stocked kitchen, and great bedrooms and bathrooms. Couldn’t ask or want for more at this house! Absolutely beautiful house!!

The Blue Marlin is an absolutely beautiful oceanfront home. The owners have provided everything you need to enjoy the home and the beach including beach chairs and a shibumi shade. There are bedrooms on all 3 levels. The teens claimed the lower floor that has game room and media area. There were 11 in our party (7 adults, 2 teens, 2 children) plus a dog and a kitten. We all agreed that the Blue Marlin was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Emerald Isle. The house exceeded our expectations. As beautiful as it is in the pictures it's even better in person and the attention paid to the decorating/design layout is immaculate. The house was very well equipped with everything we could need and more. Just steps out to the beach. The house had many beach chairs, beach games, shades, umbrellas. The house was also very convenient to restaurants and shops. A highlight for our kids was being able to rent bikes and have a short ride to shopping and eating in Emerald Isle. We definitely look forward to returning to Emerald Isle and staying at Blue Marlin.
