The comms from the host were great. Check-in was very simple thanks to a comprehensive check-in guide. The apartment was clean upon arrival. Facilities were basic but more than enough for what I needed. The kitchen has a good sized fridge, cooker, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. It's no frills but, if you're after a nice, clean apartment at a good price, then I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I'd recommend the host invest in some new pillows. It would also be beneficial to have a couple of lamps, one in the living room and one in the bedroom as currently, there is no way to have low lighting come the evening time.

Amplasarea si parcarea au fost super

Aerul conditionat nu prea a facut fata caldurilor

Excellent location, fast reply from the staff, comfortable parking

The air-conditioning wasn't working properly. Worn-out and dirty dishes. Not very clean floor especially the carpet and stains on the wall. The shower is mounted very low and is not adjustable.

The apartment is located in a wonderful area, close enough and far enough from the city center. Everywhere is easy to get to. It is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the landlord is excellent. WI FI also excellent. The building is new and modern, and parking is a huge advantage.

An unpleasant surprise is the carpet in the living room, which is so dirty that it is unpleasant to look at. Dirty and not vacuumed, and we paid 50 eur for cleaning fee. It is also surprising that for three nights, the three of us received a total of three towels, one for each of us and it was intended for both the body and hair for all three days of our stay, while we received two miniature A4 sized towels for our hands and face. There is not a single hand towel in the kitchen. The kettle leaks and is not very safe to use. In addition, there is no TV or even a music player in the apartment, so staying there seems quite depressing. There is not a single armchair or even a stool in the living room, so you sit on the couch like in a school classroom and also the living room table has broken leg and is unstable. All of this can be easily acquired and replaced, and in that case the house would be clean 10. Also be careful something is leaking from the ceiling at the back of the garage, similar to glue, and we still haven't managed to remove it from the trunk of the car.
