Cute place, seemed very secure with all the code access to doors. We were in town for a concert at Temple and was a good location for walking. Room was very clean and the balcony was a nice surprise.
Parking was a little hard. Most of the streets around were full or only allowed two hours. We couldn’t find a public parking garage close but were able to find overnight street parking a few blocks away eventually.

The location was great. That there were no keys and it was easy to navigate the directions.
It was easy to hear neighbors I was worried I would disturb someone. And the volume on the tv or remote did not work. The lock on the outside gate is also coming off.

Great kitchen, well stocked, well equipped, memory foam mattress was nice. Location was good for walking to multiple good parts of town. Aldi over the block was good for food to cook. The apartment was very clean and well maintained.
Curtains were useless so the room was far to light, with a street lamp right by it. Room was noisy from outside and from other apartments. The bedding was very poor quality and rough and kept coming off the pillows, The immediate area is not particularly nice, but it is well situated to walk to Rittenhouse or the Art Galleries
