Perfectly good for the price. Getting into and out of the parking space on to the road was tight for longer cars. Some spects of the property were a little tired and would benefit from minor maintanence...eg shower door on the upper floor was not very secure and operating the door locks on the ground floor was not always easy. House large and well appointed overall with all one needs.
