Amazing stay it’s very clean and well put together

This was the perfect home away from home. The host, Janet, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience, making our visit to my daughter at college truly special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Impeccably clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything I needed, it exceeded my expectations. I felt like a valued guest from start to finish.

Great location, close to lots of attractions. The loft is very roomy, was stocked with everything needed and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you Janet!

This little apartment is great for a couple or small family. The location is convenient to Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The apartment looks just like the pictures Janet has posted. Janet is very responsive to questions or issues if they arise. She has toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap but also things like q-tips, cotton balls, etc. The only thing I would do differently is have a TV upstairs where the bedroom is, but that's just my preference. I like to fall asleep watching TV but to others that's not a big deal. There aren't many restaurants right close by but they are within driving distance. If you book this place, you won't be disappointed!

This was a very nice place to stay and Janet was so kind! The apartment was located in a nice area as well. When I revisit I will absolutely come back to this place

It's a quiet and clean location to stay. Everything is easily accessible. The Owner is very helpful and responsive. I would stay there again. Of course, the bed isn't as comfortable as my own bed at home, but while vacationing outside of town, it is to be expected. Therefore, I rate it 5 stars.

This apartment is well worth the money! Very clean, lots of amenities, the host has thought of everything you could possibly need and has supplied it. Very friendly and great communication! We will definitely recommend this to others and will stay here again if we are ever in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. Everything was perfect - thank you!!

Loft was very cozy and comfortable. It was also very spacious. Janet was quick to respond to questions. Area was very quiet. There were lots of amenities in the loft. Tonawanda is very close to Buffalo and provided easy access to highways. I really enjoyed my stay and would do so again next time I am in the area.

Janet was a super host & extremely responsive! 5 stars all the way around! The loft was super clean, modern, well furnished and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked including a wide range of cookware and much more than just the basic rental essentials. I was able to work remotely days and visit my mom in the ECMC hospital. Off-street parking in a quiet, nice neighborhood. I felt safe taking early morning walks, and coming home late from the hospital. Location super convenient, Would definitely stay again!

Janet was very accomidating and easy to communicate with. She let us change the dates of our stay due to a huge snowstorm. The rental was extremely clean and had everything I needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

My father and I went up to watch the bills game and had a great time!! The loft was clean and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again if I come back!!

Everything about this process was so easy. Janet made us feel so welcome & cared for. It was a very cute space perfect for our trip & it was extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend! :)

Janet’s property is cute, comfortable, and clean- everything I could have asked for. She supplied everything I forgot and things I didn’t even think of. Plenty of towels, extra toiletries, coffee, tea, snacks… Janet really pulls out all the stops! The clay face mask was an especially nice touch and very appreciated. The check in process was very easy and the property manager super responsive. I plan to return here next time I am in the area.

Our stay here was peaceful, which we needed. The place was as advertised. Check in was easy, communication with Janet the owner was quick to respond to messages, very helpful and was friendly. Our stay was great. It could use some curtains in the loft as the sun comes right in during the morning through the shades and newer pillows, just a personal opinion.
