Sophie is echt een super host. Tijdens ons verblijf viel 's morgens een keer de stroom uit. Dat bleek veroorzaakt door een defecte boiler. Sophie zorgde ervoor dat het hersteld was voor het einde van dezelfde dag. Gewoon geweldig.

Private and quiet, enclosed garden good for doggies, well equipped and easy to keep tidy and clean. The garden was a real bonus and the large patio doors provide a lovely view of it.

The place is very cosy and has a lovely garden that can be freely used by the guests. The herbs (mint, thyme, chives) or cassis were there for us to use. A good array of nice toys for the kids was a pleasant surprise.
There were a few things that were missing and would make the life in the gîte even more comfortable. We missed wardrobes, an iron (there was an ironing board though), a cloth to clean the table, a dustpan. Also, we were provided 2 dishwasher tablets for 6 days because the tenants are expected to buy their own. I find this an unnecessary frugality from the owner.
