Location
Did not receive a pre-arrival email regarding room code access or entry access to the facility, a shout out, thank you to the housekeeping staff that assisted us in accessing our room. the bed was hard and uncomfortable, no extra blanket or pillows. In northern Michigan and extra blanket would would be welcomed. No outlets on either side of the bed. In the age of technology, with phones, CPAP, computers , It was difficult to manage. No place to get coffee in the morning because several businesses were not open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and some on Wednesdays .Also limited restaurants due to limited hours of operation.
