1) Nina is very nice and helpful.
2) The location is perfect, close to everything.
3) Big space with a nice terrace. We can see fireworks on the terrace!
1) We are not allowed to use the sink in the kitchen, which is not very convenient.
2) The WIFI is too slow. I can only use my own cellphone network.

Good location. Quiet. Good aircon.
The lock on the front door to the apartment was almost impossible to use. A written instruction in English is required. There is a technique to open the door but it takes time and very clear instructions. The drains in the building were blocked, so when I used the washing machine dirt and excrement filled the shower tray! Then like the old days in france toilet paper could not be put into the toilet and had to be placed in a bin. The apartment is tired / old - i would not stay for a vacation.
