The apartment has a very spacious living room that is equipped with a TV. There are fans in every room and the host prepared snacks and drinks. On top of that, the proximity to the airport is unbeatable.

Location, location, location. Great if you need to get to the airport. However, I strongly suggest the use of Filipe's transport service. Quick, cheap, convenient!
The unit itself is comfortable and rather cozy. Nothing fancy but it works. No kitchen. Have set of eating utensils and a microwave. Offers water, chocolates and popcorn for a small cost. Was clean and had the best bathtowls we had all over our trip in Mexico. Filipe is a good host. He collects coins so if you give him a coin or two from your country he will be very happy.
The floors are a little rundown, but the funiture is new. No hot water in the basin in the bathroom. Shower did have hot water.

Big space, practical self checkin, good communication from the host, looks better then the photos. It's really 10 minutes to walk from the airport, just a bit hard to cross the street, you have to pass trough the Mariott.
The street to the airport don't nececerily feel safe at night, but a uber was just 35 pesos and they wait for fares in the streets outside so you get one in 2 minutes.

Cercanía al aeropuerto
La cafetera estaba sucia, la ropa de cama sucia y quien sabe cuantas personas más ya habían dormido ahí sin lavar las sábanas, muebles con polvo, se supone que la entrada fue a las 3pm porque iban a limpiar pero todo estaba sucio, la coladera de baño tapada y con mal olor

"Roomy, 2 bedroom apartment. Private enough the window covering could be open. Shower had good pressure. Though I didn't have any, a nice selection of snacks and beverages for sale on the honour system..."
