Great location, right between the airport and Ft Wainright, only 10 minutes from our Son's barracks, great stepping off point for Chena hot Springs, Denali, and anything in Fairbanks.
No complaints, great hosts, very clean, comfortable, accommodating. Great spot for our vacation.

Clean and comfortable apartment away from downtown. We had no problems with using Uber to get from train. Nice bakery 15 minute walk way. Full kitchen with cabinets and drawers labeled. Brand new washer and dryer. Outside of building is a little weathered but the apartment is not. It is nice.

The location was convenient.
Building is very run down. Floors were filthy. Door codes were incorrect.
