The bedrooms were clean and each had its own fan and window air conditioner. The location was very nice, within walking distance to the grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. Even though near airport and rail, the house was quiet and the traffic didn't keep us awake. Washer and dryer available for use. Free parking behind the house was very nice. Enjoyed seeing all the neighbors out walking their dogs.
The linens were not completely dry when we arrived. We had to finish drying the towels and pull back the comforter on a couple of the beds because they were slightly damp, as well.

Our group enjoyed the facilities because of how complete resources that were offered.
The thing we least appreciated was the loud creaking of some certain wooden boards and stairs.
